In preparation for the relicensing of the Middle Fork Project (MFP), PCWA conducted an assessment to identify potential modifications or additions (betterments) to existing Project facilities that would improve operations or maintenance of the Project, and would result in an increase in net or peaking generation.
As a result of this assessment, PCWA is further evaluating three potential Project betterments the descriptions of which have been included in the Pre-Application Document (PAD) filed with FERC to initiate the relicensing process.
