Formal Scoping Meetings
The ILP requires the FERC to conduct formal scoping meetings and PCWA to conduct annual study progress report meetings. As part of scoping, FERC is required to hold an Initial Tribal Consultation Meeting with Federally-recognized Tribes within 30 days of the filing of the NOI and PAD. In addition, within 60 days of the filing of the NOI and PAD, FERC is required to conduct public scoping meetings and site visits. Similarly, PCWA is required to file an annual study progress report to FERC describing overall study progress and then hold a meeting to discuss the progress report. Upcoming Formal Scoping Meetings
