PCWA began consultation in early 2006 with a broad group of stakeholders (including agencies, Native American Tribes, non-governmental organizations, and the local community) to collaboratively develop new licence conditions for the MFP.

LEVELS OF STAKEHOLDER INVOLVEMENT
Level 1
Full Involvement: Wish to attend many or all of the stakeholder meetings. Wants to receive all plenary emails and documents.
Level 2
Key Milestones Involvement: Wish to receive information about key milestones such as decision documents submitted for comment. Also wishes to receive newsletters and other general information. Does not wish to receive all plenary emails.
Level 3
Update Involvement: Wish to receive only periodic updates such as newsletters and announcements of public meetings.
